MilestoneMiles helps people planning a large, milestone event — a destination wedding, a retreat, a corporate offsite, a landmark celebration — turn the big deposits they already owe into credit-card sign-up bonuses that fund free travel. The core of the site is the Budget & Point Optimizer: you enter your real vendor payments and dates, and it sequences them into a card-by-card action plan. Around the tool we publish guides on funding each kind of event with points.

Who runs it

MilestoneMiles is built and operated by VA Art & Design LLC, a small independent studio — not a bank, card issuer, or financial advisor. We built the tool we wished existed when planning large events: one that does the minimum-spend math honestly and keeps your financial details on your own device.

How we make money

The site is free to use. We may earn revenue in two ways, both disclosed wherever they appear: (1) affiliate commissions — when you open a credit card or book travel through a tracked link on this site, the issuer or travel partner may pay us a commission, at no extra cost to you; and (2) sponsorships and advertising — clearly-labeled placements from travel and event brands. Our editorial standards

Commissions never change the math. The optimizer computes its estimates purely from the numbers you enter and the published card terms in our data — a card does not rank higher because it pays us more. Card offers, fees, and minimum-spend figures are reviewed on a recurring schedule and each card in our data carries a “verified as of” date; terms change frequently, so always confirm the current offer on the issuer’s site before applying. Where our content discusses strategy (sign-up bonus sequencing, application rules like 5/24), it is educational — not financial, tax, legal, or credit advice.
